Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. The hair is extremely healthy and will look gorgeous, wash after wash. Our hair can be bleached, dyed, blow-dried, and styled with hot styling tools. We guarantee that our hair is 100% human hair with all cuticles aligned in the same direction–or your money back.
Closures and frontals are two different things but they both serve the same purpose-to close off a weave install or a wig. They both eliminate the need of having to leave your natural hair out to blend with the extensions. Lace frontal are bigger and wider; they run ear to ear covering your entire hairline at the front. Lace closures are smaller and they primarily close off the horseshoe or "u-part" portion of an install. Lace frontal is more versatile because they can be parted anywhere ear to ear and lace closures can only be middle or side parted. They can both be sewn on or glued on. Either a frontal or closure will close off your install and make it look more natural.
The main difference between these two kinds of wigs lies in the material used for the base. A lace front wig uses a sheer lace base for the front portion of the wig. The lace covers the front half of the wig while in others and the rest of the base is made of a thicker but still comfortable material.
Full lace wigs come with a base that is made entirely of lace. The lace material essentially covers the whole head even all the way to the back. Because of this, full lace wigs are more versatile because you can also style them into up-dos, braids, and many other hairstyles that are not possible with a front lace wig.
With proper care, our hair extensions will last a year or longer. Lace closures usually last between 2-3 months. Because of the unique and delicate craftsmanship, lace frontal and lace wigs have a shorter life span of 4-6 weeks or 1-2 uses, and typically need to be re-applied and strictly maintained in order to get the full wear. Although versatile and flexible, Lace frontals are considered temporary styles due to the life span in comparison to a lace closure.
All of our textured hair has been steamed with water and conditioner to keep the hair intact from becoming bushy and untamed through storage and shipping. This process does not affect or tamper with the authenticity or quality of the hair being 100% Virgin and Human. Once hair is wet/co-wash its RAW natural pattern is revealed.
Yes, you may experience minimal shedding which is absolutely normal. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.
For inches 12-16 we suggest 2-3 bundles. For inches 18-30 we suggest 3-4 bundles. For inches 30 and up we suggest five bundles. It is all up to the discretion of the customer how many bundles to use. These are suggestions, but how many bundles you need solely depends on your own personal preference for thinness or thickness. Keep in mind, “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”
Each bundle is weighted between 3.2-3.5oz.
You sure can! These extensions are 100% Virgin Human Hair which means you should treat them as your own. Washing and blow drying should apart of your hair care maintenance. Check out our guide for more information.
Yes, this is 100% virgin human hair that is not processed in any way. So you can color the hair, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin, and therefore we recommend that you color or process your Brazilian hair by a professional.
Answer goes here...Yes you can use styling products on your extensions but we recommend that you keep products to a minimum to avoid build up. For a wet and wavy look we suggest a leave in conditioner and water. We strongly suggest avoiding alcohol base drying products as they can dry your extensions out and shorten the longevity.
Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
We advise that you comb your hair every morning. Gently brush your hair from the ends towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extension. Please wear a satin bonnet or scarf at night. You must never sleep on wet hair to avoid your hair from matting. Rolling your hair in rods at night will maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat you have to use on your hair daily.
Yes, you can swim in your hair extensions We recommend braiding your hair or pulling it up into a ponytail before swimming to keep your hair from tangling. It is best to wash your hair right after swimming. Add a spray in conditioner after swimming.
